The sea view room was lovely while the stairs were steep and difficult.

Almost everything. Very nice people, very helpful, top service quality, great location, party atmosphere in the pub.

We had a room with a great view, but had to carry the luggage up 3 floors. The rice as a side dish to the fish at dinner was drowned in soy sauce.

It was really comfortable stay, I appreciated freshly made food.

The breakfast was delicious and sensational with a huge variety of delicacies.

The hotel had a beachfront setting happy to stay there again if we are in the area. The staff there were exceptional and polite. The breakfast was excellent for what was on offer, with good local products.

The serving lady was quite amusing, made me laugh like Basil Fawlty! If you visit, try to meet the friendly staff-they really brighten the stay.

I enjoyed a good stay with very nice meal options and a warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Plus, the nearby Worthing Pier and Beach House Park provided perfect spots for leisurely strolls and amazing views, made my weekend special.

We loved the sea view from our room and enjoyed exploring the Rustington Golf Club and taking a ride on Volk's Electric Railway. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway.

We experienced a bit of a letdown with the cleanliness in some common areas, similar to what others mentioned. It could use a touch-up here and there to match its great potential.

The quadruple room with a sea view was beautiful. Breakfast was great, with perfect portion sizes and very tasty food. The service was excellent.

Couple looking for a beach getaway

The location is exactly what we needed. Right next to the beach, it reminded me of paradise ignoring a couple of drawbacks. We opted for breakfast at the cozy café nearby rather than the hotel with amazing views. Staff was cute and very attentive.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

The staff were polite and very helpful. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxation. I loved the pub dog, Rocky. The food was excellent and reasonably priced 😊

Oh mate, the smoked fish at Beach Green was a proper highlight! Can't forget the delicious breakfast setup, too. Our Beautiful Triple Room with Sea View was mint, fine views! Cozy, clean vibes all around.

Now, not all was rosy. The parking situation seemed like a right kerfuffle and the restaurant was closed, leaving us to grab a takeaway instead. Bit disappointing for such a prime spot, innit?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially due to the fine sea view from our room. The kids loved playing at the nearby beach, and we even found some family-friendly activities just a short walk away. Breakfast was good, with a solid variety to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

In my wife's opinion, the cramped room made it difficult to move around comfortably with our two young children. A bit more space would have made a big difference.
